THE land management team at Bell Ingram, now has a new associate assigned to it – Rhona Booth, a qualified rural chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer, has joined the Perth office from Davidson and Robertson.

Bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the sector, she will work across Perthshire and Angus advising on all aspects of estate and farm management, including landlord and tenant negotiations, telecommunication mast agreements, utility project and CPO compensation claims.

In addition, she can undertake a range of rural valuations for a variety of purposes as a registered valuer, while her experience as an APC assessor will also benefit the firm’s RICS trainees.

Hailing from a dairy farm in Midlothian and now farming in partnership with her husband in Angus, Rhona’s agricultural expertise and understanding of rural businesses complements the services already offered by the Perth office, which provides land management and farm sales in addition to forestry management and consultancy, architectural services and a residential agency.

Mark Mitchell, managing partner at Bell Ingram, said: “Rhona is highly regarded across the rural land management sector and she will be an asset for new and existing clients across Perthshire and beyond.”
