The National Sheep Association's Sheep Event will return to the Three Counties Showground, Worcestershire, this July, with tickets now available to purchase online.

Taking place on Wednesday July 27, it'll be the first Sheep Event since 2018. The normally biennial event offers sheep farmers the opportunity to meet with sector specific commercial companies, breed societies and industry groups as well as finding out about the latest innovations and products available to them.

Sheep farmers can also strengthen their technical knowledge by attending seminars and workshops that are run throughout the day with some leading names from the UK sheep industry.

A popular feature of the event will once again be a series of competitions providing entertainment for visitors and allowing those attending to get involved to show off their shepherding skills in a number of ways.

New for 2022, NSA is excited to launch a competition giving attendees chance to share their innovative on-farm ideas in the NSA Inventions competition. Open to both commercial companies and farmer visitors to the event, the competition, which is sponsored by Rappa, has two classes both offering the chance to win.

Trade exhibitors can enter new products or equipment launched in the past four years whilst day visitors can bring along a piece of equipment or an explanation of a tip (that has cost no more than £200 to design/produce) to be displayed at the event for a chance to win prize money of up to £125.

All information and entry forms for this year’s event open competitions can be found on the NSA Sheep Event website www.sheepevent.org.uk
