Sir, – With the prospect of more and more trade deals with many other countries, what is really needed are new and stronger rules and regulations on the labelling of foodstuffs.
Consumers need to be able to see, IN LARGE PRINT, where food is grown, or born and bred, with the confidence that these rules are going to be strictly enforced.
