It was very much ladies day at Colmonell Show, with a beef calf from Jennifer Hyslop, Balluskie, Barrhill, winning the overall championship.
Reserve overall was the best in the Border Leicesters from DM Walker and Son, Laigh Alticane.
Young Ruiridh and Fraser MacTaggart, Glen, Gatehouse, were also in the money, winning the Texel championship and the inter-breed group of three with Texels.
