The Co Londonderry Foal Show in Ballymena Mart, last week, saw victory for David Patterson, of Garvagh, with his two-year-old home-bred filly, Agivey Sophie.

She is by Roes Hall Calypso and out of the Bogton Flying Scot daughter, Drumeen Grace.

Judge, Tom Fountain, Woodhouse, Ashbourne, picked his foal champion to take the reserve supreme. This was Craigview Ralph, a colt foal from Victor and Raymond Scott, Limavady. Bred in Lanarkshire by Kirsty Donald, it is by Dillars Top Gun.

John Drummond, Bangor, took the reserve foal honours with Bratlach Queen of Hearts, a filly by Bratlach Mollinhillhead Gladiator.
