The Hiddleston family’s Irongray flock has come out top of the West and Central Scotland Suffolk Club’s flock competition.
Judge Pamela Lupton, Kexbeck, placed the Dumfries-shire flock at the top of the large flock section and ahead of the winners of the ‘medium’ flocks in Scott and Gavin Brown's Capielaw from Gorebridge.
Irongray also won the trophy for most show points in front of Elaine Dowie’s Islay flock show team.

Medium flocks – 1, S and G Brown, Capielaw; 2, P Gray, Scrogton; 3, E Dowie, Islay.

Sire progeny group – 1, P Gray’s Brijon Black Magic; 2, E Dowie’s Rhaeadr Topman; 3, S and G Brown’s Pennan Finale.
Best female – P and D Reid.
Five ewe lambs – 1, Hiddleston Family; 3, P and D Reid; 3, S and G Brown.
