SOME quality showmanship was on parade last weekend at the Young Limousin Breeders Club's annual national young handlers competition at Borderway Mart, in Carlisle.
A great crowd witnessed two highly acclaimed judges, Gary Patterson (presiding over the preparation section) and Richard Bartle (judging the showmanship section) choose the winners. The points-based system saw John Grisedale, of North-west Club, take the overall award after winning the senior title, while reserve supreme was Jane Lindsay, who had won the intermediate section.
