Ashleigh Reilly enjoyed a good day at Grantown Show when her six-year-old cob, San Cler Aramis, was crowned supreme champion of champions at a packed Grantown Show.
The overall horse champion and winner of both the in-hand and ridden sections, has been unbeaten all season.
Taking the top honours amongst the cattle was the seasoned champion Vanessa. This home-bred Limousin cross heifer from Michael Robertson and son Mark, Fodderletter is sired by Homebyres Nistelrooy and boasts previous section championships at Black Isle, Nairn and Turriff.
In the sheep lines, a Badger Face Texel ewe lamb took the tricolour for Michelle Hanson and Darren Irvine from Upper Drakemyres, Keith. She is the daughter of Criffel Eddie and bred Silvermere Crème Caramel. She also has a fair few wins under her belt, taking champion at Turriff and reserve overall any other native at Nairn.
David and Beverley Walker, Galcantray, secured the Clydesdale championship with the yearling filly Galcantray Maid Marion. Previousl reserve at Ayr, she is by Willoway Quest and out of Willoway Sisel.
