A delighted Alice Swift, CEO of the British Limousin Cattle Society said: “The strong consistent prices achieved for Limousin bulls are reflective of the confidence producers have in the beef industry. The majority of the buyers were commercial producers. We’ve also seen a lot buyers travel up from the south to Stirling to buy bulls with the double F94L myostatin gene,” she added.

First to achieve the top price was the May 2022-born, Anside Typhoon from the Irvine family – Stephen and Denise, son, Martin and his wife, Mel, Braehead, Keith.
