The overall champion at the Pateley Bridge show and sale of show potential cattle at Barnard Castle, topped the trade at £5200.
Judges Neil Slack and his niece, Elizabeth Haughan, Penrith, awarded the championship to a Limousin heifer from Fee Ewbank, Intake Farm, Middlesmoor, which sold to Olivia Mattan and Liam Rodney, Yorkshire.
Ayrshire showman James Nisbet, Sorn, went to £4200 for the reserve champion, another Limousin heifer, this time from James Huck, Sowerthwaite Farm.
The same home also produced the champion steer, which realised £3800 selling to CA and AJ Sutcliffe, Wetwang.
Matching that price was a British Blue from the Walker family, Brennand, Dunsop Bridge, purchased by DJL Livestock, Throckley.
The unhaltered champion, a Limousin heifer from A Warren, Church Farm, Gomersal, realised £3100, selling to the Frank family, Pateley Bridge.
The same breeder also sold the reserve steer, another Limousin, for £3000 to JA Matten, Thirsk, along with the reserve unhaltered, a Limousin steer at £2800 to Wagstaff Bros, York.
