Dingwall and Highland Marts sold 9212 store lambs at their sale to average £100.55.

Cheviots and Cheviot Mules shared the top price of £150 from Pabbay Farms and Silverwells, Edderton respectively.

Portree

Some 3344 sheep were sold through Dingwall and Highland Marts' sale on Monday, where 3018 lambs averaged £82.86 and 326 ewes cashed in at £94.76.

Lambs sold to £180 for a Texel cross tup lamb from 44 Borneskitaig, Kilmuir.

Ewes peaked at £186 for a pair of Cheviots from 20 Borneskitaig, Kilmuir with the same home topping feeding sheep at £340 with a Cheviot ram.
