At 800gns, a white shearling from Stephen Hipps, Hardgate, sold to Messrs Woodhouse, Northumberland. Hardgate Finn is by Hardgate Delius.
Hawthorns Freeman, another white shearling, from AJ Robinson, Wigton, made 700gns. Sired by Hawthorns Brown 15, the tup sold to Messrs Shaw, Ledshaw, South Wirral.
Matching that price was the second prize coloured shearling from Rebecca Whitwell, Fryupdale. Fryupdale Firecracker, by Snelson Buster Brady, was bought by Messrs Brownrigg, Wigton.
Katie and Mark Atkinson-Shaw, Thirsk, sold the coloured ram lamb Coxwold Giovanni by Coxwold Colin to Messrs Holland, West Calder.
Andrew Hunter Blair, Castle Douglas, sold the white shearling Carsfad Federer for the same money. Sired by Ruslin Captain, he was bought by Messrs Campbell, Otterburn.
Females peaked at 600gns for a coloured gimmer from Michele Varmen, Ivy Farm., purchased by Messrs Ross, Strathaven.
