The Galloway branch of the Pony Club held an open show jumping day at the end of October at the Forsyth family’s Carty Port Equestrian, near Newton Stewart, with a good turnout of members and non members.
A total of 34 combinations competed in classes from lead rein to 1m and the Pony Club’s district commissioner, Wendy Miller-Smith, judged with Jane Fisher, over a course designed by Anne Jolly with lots of fillers and turns.
