New to the market this year, Seven Crofts Gin is a London dry gin (43%) distilled in Ullapool by the Highland Liquor Company.
Being distilled in the North West Highlands, this premium gin is a blend of seven botanicals including pink peppercorn and fresh lemon peel.
Seven Crofts has been five years in the planning with eighteen months of development (that included testing 96 recipes) but the result is said to be outstanding.
This gin will be fully launched this autumn across the UK, with bars and restaurants across the world already stocking it, including Dead Rabbit in New York, London’s Savoy and Michael Caines' Lympstone Manor.
Seven Crofts is available nationwide from selected stores and online retailers including Harvey Nichols with national delivery from www.highlandliquorcompany.com. The RRP is £40 for a 70cl bottle.
