Suzie Anderson took this photo of a Cheviot lamb with his mother also in the pen, though out of the camera shot, on the family farm in Watten, Caithness.
Suzie helps out during lambing season at the farm and mentioned her brother had just spread clean bedding for the ewes and lambs penned up inside, as the weather was stormy for putting the new lambs out.
Suzie said, "I was spreading out the bedding when I spotted the lamb, quite unconcerned about what was going on around him."
