Bobcat’s rare Black Edition telehandlers made their public debut at Agritechnica 2025, where the manufacturer showcased the limited-run models alongside its wider machinery line-up.
The Black Limited Edition models follow the launch of Bobcat’s V-Drive continuous transmission telehandler range earlier this year. Based on the AGRI 4 specification, the machines feature exclusive black exterior styling, upgraded interior trim and individually numbered plates. Only 50 units are being produced across the TL38.70HF and TL43.80HF models, making them highly sought after.

Product manager for telehandlers, Florian Hilbert, said the striking edition has helped raise awareness of the V-Drive series and offered customers a rare, visually distinctive option.
Bobcat introduced its V-Drive models in spring 2025, designed to deliver smoother acceleration up to 40 km/h, improved comfort and lower total cost of ownership. Standard features include Maximum Speed Limiter, Stop-and-Start functionality, cruise control, ECO-Ride and noise-reduction technology.
The telehandlers were shown alongside Bobcat’s latest mini-excavators, compact and track loaders, agricultural attachments and portable power equipment.

Bobcat has also expanded its Machine IQ telematics platform with a Remote Engine Disable/Enable feature, allowing owners to shut down or restart machines remotely via the app or online portal to help deter theft. More than 30,000 Machine IQ-connected units are now in use across Europe.
