Kverneland has expanded its ROC belt merger line-up with the introduction of the RS920, a new two-belt model designed to offer greater flexibility and output for grass and forage operations.

Set to make its public debut at LAMMA 2026, the RS920 arrives with a completely redesigned frame, upgraded suspension and a widened rear opening to boost swath clearance. It also features full Isobus compatibility and runs through a load-sensing hydraulic system for smoother, more efficient control.

With a variable working width of up to 9.2m, the machine uses a pair of 3.65m belt units, which can be configured in several ways: as a continuous belt transferring crop to either side; split to move 3.65m of grass in both directions; opened for central swath formation; or operated using a single belt while the other folds horizontally for transport.

Built with an 18,000-hour lifespan in mind, the RS920 offers independent speed control for both belts and their pickup reels, giving operators the ability to fine-tune performance to suit virtually any crop or field condition.
