Vogelsang will showcase its latest machinery at LAMMA in January, featuring a new 12-metre UniSpread and the high-capacity XSplit XS30-80 separator. The UniSpread adds an extra one-fifth working width to the range, while the XS30-80 delivers 175m3 per hour throughput.
“The UniSpread is aimed at farmers and contractors who need a compact solution for applying liquid manure close to the roots,” says Vogelsang’s Andy Hayhurst.
“The linkage is available as a dribble bar and trailing shoe and features Vogelsang’s tried-and-tested folding mechanism behind the drum, making it an easy retrofit to any size of tanker.”

The trailing shoe version will be on display at LAMMA, highlighting Vogelsang’s DoubleFlow design.
“DoubleFlow halves row spacing from 25-12.5 cm, allowing more slurry to be applied more accurately,” adds Hayhurst.
The model also has two side support wheels, an optional piping kit, and the long-established ExaCut precision distributor.

Vogelsang has expanded its XSplit separator range in recent years. The entry-level Compact handles up to 10m3 per hour and weighs just 875kg. The new XS30-80 is the largest, ideal for large biogas plants and farms needing to process high volumes of digestate or liquid manure.
The XS30-80 is maintenance-friendly, with shorter service times than conventional screw press separators. Its modular sieve allows worn parts to be replaced, and VarioAdjust lets operators adjust contact pressure during operation to reduce wear.
“There is now a separator in the range for every size of farming operation. Our specialists will be on hand at LAMMA to explain how the separators, pumps and applicators can help make slurry and digestate handling and application more efficient,” he concludes.
