SCOTTISH agriculturalists receiving honours from The Queen have dwindled somewhat over recent years as it has not been the SNP government’s policy to engage with the process.
And farming related knighthoods have almost been as rare as – please pardon the pun – hen’s teeth.
So the award to Sir John Campbell is as noteworthy as it is deserved!
