NO LESS than £800 was raised at the Luing Society's annual Open Day at Balcaskie Estate, Anstruther, during the summer – and that has now been passed to the Royal Highland Education Trust's Fife Countryside Initiative, a charity chosen by the society's host Toby Anstruther. Pictured here at the presentation, from left, are Ross Nicol, Jim McLure, RHET's Angela Mills, farm manager Dave Nicol, RHET's Carole Brunton, Luing society chairman Mark Thomson, Robert Wilson, Andy Scott and Murphy the dog.
