AYRSHIRE'S Partnership Against Rural Crime group has met for the third time, and decided that Alan Thom of Goosehill Farm (right) will take on the role of chair, with John Yuille of ATV Services (centre) as vice chair, and Christine Cuthbertson of NFU Scotland (left) as group coordinator. The group are keen to enforce practical security measures which can be taken by the rural community and to improve communication on rural crime. An on-farm information event is now being planned for February 2020.
