JOIN ‘TEAM Scotland’ and race to support mental health in rural communities this January.

From Friday, January 1, teams from Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and the 'Rest of the World' will be competing to be the first to run 1000 miles as part of the #Run1000 challenge to highlight mental health in agriculture and to raise funds for five charities, including RSABI.

January can be a difficult month for many, but with the newly announced Covid-19 restrictions now in force across most parts of the UK, a lot more people are going to be living in isolation. This challenge is a fantastic way to join a network of individuals all aiming for the same goal and encouraging each other to keep fit and raise awareness of rural mental health at a crucial time. Every mile counts and will contribute to the overall team tally!

As of Tuesday, December 29, Team Scotland has 170 members and has raised £3620 for RSABI.
