The Scottish Farmer is giving away a pair of adult tickets for the Scotland v France game on March 30 at the Hive Stadium in Edinburgh.
As the days are getting longer and spring is approaching, it is an ideal opportunity to take inspiration from the Scotland Women’s rugby team to get outdoors and keep fit.
To enter the competition send in your photos of how you keep fit: whether it is feeding cattle, running up the glen to check on the ewes, or even just taking a walk with the dog in the country.
