Müller has announced their suppliers within the Müller Advantage Scheme are to receive 37.5ppl, representing a 1ppl increase on the discretionary base price.
Head of Agriculture at Müller Milk & Ingredients Richard Collins highlighted: “We recognise the ongoing pressures for supplying farms and with the market looking stable, we will continue to do what we can to support and protect security of supply.”
First Milk announced that their milk price will rise by 0.75ppl for April to 38.75ppl for a manufacturing standard litre, those with a member premium will remail at 0.5ppl.
Arla UK manufacturing price for conventional and organic milk sits at 40.02ppl and 48.68ppl respectively. With a quarterly currency adjustment having a negative effect on account prices by 0.04ppl and organic milk rising by 1.34ppl.
Grahams have increased their standard milk price by 1ppl since March to 36ppl, they also offer a separate price for Jersey milk at 45.4ppl.
