The event is set to take place monthly in the Church of Broom car park on Broom Road East in Newton Mearns.
An application for permission for the market was submitted by DL Markets & Events in March and granted subject to conditions this week.
The plans show that the market will feature 30-purpose built steel stalls and one or two hot food vehicles.
A number of conditions were attached to the approval.
The event must only operate on the first Saturday of each calendar month and between the hours of 10am to 3pm.
At the end of trading hours, all stalls, equipment and vehicles involved must be completely removed from the site no later than two hours after the cessation of trading.
To avoid disturbance to nearby residential properties, limits have also been set on the permitted noise levels.
