Scotland’s next generation of food and butchery talent will take centre stage at this year’s Royal Highland Show, as Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) returns to sponsor the Food for Thought Theatre.
Held in partnership with Native Hebridean Salmon, the theatre, located inside the Food Hall, will host four days of live cooking, technical demonstrations and engaging conversations about food, farming, and the future of rural careers.
Throughout the event, members of the Scotch Butchers Club and Scotch Beef Club will take part, showcasing their craft while highlighting Scotland’s world-renowned red meat supply chain.
From technical butchery to creative cooking, the event aims to connect consumers with the people behind their food.
