SoilEssentials, Scotland’s leading precision agriculture specialist, will be the only Scottish company exhibiting at Agritechnica 2025 in Hanover, Germany, from November 9-15.
The company will showcase its award-winning SKAi spot spraying system, which uses advanced computer vision and artificial intelligence to transform crop protection.
Developed in-house by the SoilEssentials team, SKAi employs real-time image recognition to detect and selectively target weeds. The system significantly reduces chemical use, lowers environmental impact, and saves input costs for farmers, representing a major step forward in precision agriculture.
