At Agritechnica 2025, New Holland introduced a new feature on www.mycnhstore.com, the brand’s official parts e-commerce platform. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), the tool made identifying parts quicker and more intuitive than ever.

With this advanced functionality, users could take a photo of a component and immediately locate the matching part in the online catalogue - simplifying purchases and reducing mistakes. The first phase covered 200,000 parts for current tractor models, with plans to extend the system to harvesting equipment in 2026.

Head of CNH Parts & Service,Yavuz SIKCA said: “Every minute saved searching for parts meant more productivity for our customers. This tool reduced selection errors while enhancing the overall online shopping experience and boosting conversion rates.”

Developed by a multidisciplinary CNH Parts & Service team, the feature combined cutting-edge technology with in-depth product knowledge, offering a practical solution for both farmers and dealers.

Visitors to the New Holland stand at Agritechnica had the chance to try the new visual search tool firsthand on the T5.120 Dual Command tractor.
