Amongst the chaos of the amber weather warning seen throughout the country, some of SRUC Craibstone's cattle herd were seen heading towards the airport last Monday.

In an official statement SRUC said: "On Monday 5 January, a small number of cows briefly wandered from their shed as a result of adverse weather conditions. The animals were quickly and safely rounded up and returned to their field."
