Amazone introduces new winter spreading machines

Built for precision, efficiency and durability, both models feature a base hopper made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, a hydraulically-driven belt floor and full ISOBUS compatibility.

The stainless steel hopper offers maximum protection against corrosion and ensures a long service life even under the toughest winter conditions. Resistant to moisture, salt and freezing temperatures, it comes with a 7-year manufacturer guarantee against rust perforation, making it ideal for continuous, heavy-duty use.

Equipped with a hydraulically-driven belt floor and electric delivery point adjustment, the IceTiger ensures even, reliable material flow, including for pre-wetted salt or grit. Working widths range from 1.5 to 8 metres, allowing operators to tailor spreading to roads of any size.

Symmetrical or asymmetrical patterns, double spread rates for critical areas such as bridges or junctions, and precise lane coverage are all achievable thanks to ISOBUS-controlled disc speed and flexible spread fan adjustment.

The base IceTiger Inox holds 1000 litres, extendable to 1900l for urban or inter-regional operations. Optional pre-wetted salt systems help reduce salt usage while maintaining precautionary gritting effectiveness. The IceTiger S Inox, with a capacity of 380l extendable to 920l, is ideal for narrow paths, confined spaces, or lighter carrier vehicles, while retaining the technical advantages of the full-sized model.
