Agricultural machinery distributor OPICO has appointed Hazel Cooper as its new marketing manager.

She will be responsible for delivering all aspects of marketing content across OPICO’s portfolio of brands, as well as at sister company Stocks Ag.

Ms Cooper joins the business with a background in the agricultural sector, having previously worked within a dealership, giving her insight into the needs of farmers, contractors and machinery buyers.

She also brings more than a decade of marketing experience from a previous role in manufacturing, where she worked on B2B and B2C strategies, brand development and product launches.

“I’m delighted to be joining OPICO. Since moving to Lincolnshire and stepping into the agricultural sector three years ago, I’ve developed a real passion for the industry,” she said.

“My time working within a dealership gave me invaluable insight into the day-to-day realities faced by farmers and contractors, and I’m excited to bring that understanding, along with my marketing experience, to support the continued growth of OPICO’s brands and the Stocks Ag portfolio.”

OPICO managing director James Woolway said Ms Cooper’s appointment would strengthen the company’s marketing capability.

“Hazel’s industry knowledge, practical experience, and proven marketing expertise make her a strong addition to our team,” he said. “We’re confident she will help drive our marketing strategy forward and support continued growth across both businesses.”
