Massey Ferguson has added to its UK team with two new appointments aimed at strengthening dealer support and regional coverage across England and Wales.
Dave Chell has rejoined the business as area sales manager for north east England, returning to a role he previously held within the company’s sales support team until 2023. His earlier experience has given him close familiarity with the current Massey Ferguson product range and dealer network, which the company says will help him quickly re-establish relationships and support growth in the region.
Chell said: “I’m delighted to be back with the Massey Ferguson brand and team. It’s a product I’m passionate about and my knowledge and experience will be a great advantage to quickly support dealers in my area.

"My previous role in sales support means I understand what our customers and dealers require, which I can use to my benefit as area sales manager.”
In the west of the country, including Wales, Aled Beech has been appointed as sales support specialist. He joined AGCO in 2023 working in technical support before moving into the Massey Ferguson sales support team earlier this year.

With a background rooted in a North Wales livestock farm, Beech will focus on strengthening dealer capability through product training and updates, while also providing hands-on support to the UK sales team at events and shows.
Mr Beech said: “The switch to sales support specialist means I’m now responsible for product training and updates to help MF dealers become self-sufficient.
"Alongside this, I’ll also be on hand to support our dealer network with product-related queries and assist the MF UK sales team at shows and events.”
