Kramp has appointed a new UK country director following the retirement of predecessor Des Boyd.
Mark Rogers joins the business from competitor TVH, where he was UK managing director.
Kramp, which is expanding into the construction, forestry, and landscaping sectors, said it is poised for accelerated growth following recent success in doubling its turnover under Boyd’s leadership.
Speaking about his appointment, Rogers said: "I was very excited by Kramp’s ambition.
"There’s a huge desire to grow, with lots of opportunity to move quickly, which is what I like.
"The business has clear, ambitious goals for where it wants to be by 2030."
Rogers began his career as a mobile technician before becoming a field service engineer, later transitioning into management.
He credits his hands-on experience for helping him understand the industry and its workforce.
He holds an MBA from the University of Northampton, completed in 2019.
Rogers also expressed gratitude for the strong position left by his predecessor.
He concluded: "My job is to add fresh impetus to the fantastic progress that has already been made."
