A scenic farm with development and refurbishment potential has been put up for sale in Dumfries and Galloway.
Harelawhill Farm, located around three miles west of Canonbie and just north of the small settlement of Harelaw, is being marketed by Galbraith at offers over £1.395 million.

It is set in an elevated position with expansive views over the surrounding countryside and the Scottish-English border.
The farm buildings are located to the northwest of the house and currently provide livestock housing and general-use space.
With the necessary consents, they could be converted for residential or equestrian purposes.
The land consists of a mix of permanent and temporary pasture, along with areas of amenity woodland.
It is currently all down to grass and let for summer grazing until August 31, 2026.
Canonbie offers nearby amenities, while larger towns such as Lockerbie and Dumfries are within easy driving distance.
