People working in farming and the wider food and rural sector are being invited to apply for a place on the Oxford Farming Conference (OFC) Inspire Programme.
The programme gives people aged 30 to 45 who have not previously attended the OFC the chance to attend the conference and meet others working across the industry.
Successful applicants will take part in a two-day away event on November 16-17 before attending the OFC from January 6-8, 2027.
The programme includes opportunities to hear from industry leaders and develop skills in areas such as leadership, communication and networking.
Previous delegate Kelly Hewson-Fisher, who is now OFC director and Inspire Programme lead, said: “Having been a delegate on this programme in 2022, I can vouch for its success in aligning with the conference mission of challenge, inspire and include.
“We have a fantastic agenda planned for our November event with inspiring leaders from across the agri-food sector, along with exciting visits that will really challenge delegates. We are grateful to our partners BASF and REAL Success for their support and for the knowledge and experience they bring to the programme.”
Applications are open until September 14.
The programme is run by the OFC with support from REAL Success and BASF Agricultural Solutions.
