This is a key role and is primarily responsible for leading the team to maximise the sales opportunities across the whole site, ensuring that customer service standards and continuous business development are high on the agenda, including delivering on the company strategy.

As well as ensuring that all resources are managed effectively so that the store can achieve targeted contribution, the successful candidate will support, develop, mentor and drive colleague performance within the branch, retaining and optimizing key talent. You will be responsible for ensuring stock levels are managed seasonally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a management position, including managing budgets and colleagues.
