DELAVAL VMS SALES SPECIALIST


Role Description
Fullwoodhead Dairy Supplies Ltd are now looking for a Sales specialist for capital goods. The right person will be a motivated, driven, self-starter ready to hunt sales and deliver results, with a particular interest in robotic milking systems.


Responsibilities
o Develop and grow sales strategy for given geographical area
o Grow sales of VMS in the area
o Build long term partnership with dairy farmers
o Price, produce quotes and close sales of capital goods equipment
o Fulfill targets/budget, monitor and analyze the sales set-up and outcome
o Strong ambassador of DeLaval brand


Required qualifications and skills
o Sales and economic knowledge
o Basic Dairy farm understanding
o Relevant work experience
o Good people skills
o Good communication skills
o Ability to build strong relationships/partnerships
o Good problem-solving and analytical skills
o Structured and well organized
o Good English, maths and IT skills
o Must possess a valid driver´s license
o Knowledge of DeLaval customer solutions would be a plus


Location
The roll will cover from South Ayrshire to Shetland. You will be required to occasionally attend meetings/trainings nationally.
