KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE MANAGER
(CEREALS & OILSEEDS) - SCOTLAND

£34,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus car allowance.

Covering Scotland, we are currently recruiting for a Cereals and Oilseeds Knowledge Exchange Manager on a permanent basis. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent facilitation skills who is also able to establish credibility amongst Cereal & Oilseed levy payers and stakeholders in Scotland. Working to key operational and business plan targets, this role also plays a huge part in delivering a world class knowledge and information delivery service to farmers, therefore specialist agriculture experience is essential.

Essential Criteria:
• Detailed knowledge of farming with relevant sector experience, ideally having gained a BASIS certificate or other technical qualification, although not essential.
• Practical hands-on experience facilitating and delivering Knowledge Exchange activities at farmer meetings and high-profile conferences.
• A skilled communicator who can speak with authority and write clearly and effectively.
• Confident to work with and lead industry partners.
• Proactive individual with proven experience developing innovative and effective Knowledge Exchange approaches.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Must live in Scotland and have the flexibility to travel on a regular basis.
