A farm sale at Lower St Johns, Foulden, Berwickshire, on behalf of Jim and Carol Lawson, attracted a good crowd and prices well above expectations with some items heading overseas at far more than the recommended new price.
The sale conducted by Border Livestock Exchange also saw classic and vintage tractors forward with prices peaking at £30,000 for a MF 1250 tractor MKW 683W
