Stewart Park and Eunice Mills' £9000 Bluefaced Leicester lamb sold at Hawes is sired by the J15 SP Dalpeddar lamb – a son of £4200 Moneygran that was retained for breeding and out of a home-bred ewe by The Tank, an Old Hemley-bred ram, and not as previously reported. The tup stood first and reserve Bluefaced Leicester at Muirkirk Show.
And, Drannandow's £3000 shearling ram by a home-bred son of a £28,000 Dyke, sold at Newton Stewart, was bought by Lagafater and Drumbreddan.
