Our photographer, Emma Cheape, caught the Brown family’s contracting outfit, from Skeddoway, Fife, harvesting a big crop at the Young family’s Mawcarse Farm, Kinross, this week. It is heading for the Inchdairnie AD plant after being chopped to the right length by a Claas Jaguar 970 forager, which is pictured filling high-tip Dezeure trailers being used to transfer into AJ Nelson artic lorries for the journey
