AS Loch Lomond continues to be the day trip destination of choice for people now allowed to travel further after lockdown, Luss Estates has brought a small family housing development of six sites to the market, positioned close to the conservation village of Luss.
The aim is to provide 29 new homes to the area.
The sites represent a unique land release within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, providing a rarely available opportunity for residential development within one of Scotland’s most desirable, accessible and vibrant rural communities. Individual house plots are also available to parties interested in building their own home in the area.
Set in stunning scenic locations on the south west shore of Loch Lomond, close to Luss, Loch Lomond Golf Club and Cameron House Hotel, the secluded landholdings (all with planning permission) are available as a whole or individually.
Speaking for Savills, who are handling the sales, Jamie Doran said: “Luss Estates has worked with Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Authority officials over a number of years to finalise proposals that will help address the need for local family and affordable housing, working through a series of design alterations in response to community feedback. The result are these small, land parcels for six niche developments in this very special part of Scotland. We anticipate high demand.”
The local area supports a wealth of outdoor pursuits, as befitting Scotland’s first National Park.
