THERE are three new faces in the management team of NFU Mutual.

Ian Donaldson, Simon Taylor and Amy Lenathen have joined the team in Scotland as sales development managers.

The trio have a combined tenure of over 40 years of experience across financial services and agriculture, and join Scotland’s regional manager Mark McBrearty, who took up the post in April.

Mr McBrearty said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Ian, Simon and Amy to the team. They each have a proven track record in delivering fantastic customer service and have already started to have a positive impact on the way we do business. They will help us to continue to grow, adding new expertise and knowledge to a team already rich in understanding of NFU Mutual and its customers through many years of service. Together we will continue to support our customers to the high standards that we are so proud of.”

The team is completed by NFU Mutual governance control manager Gordon Johnston, who has been at NFU Mutual for over thirty years.

The new sales development managers will be the single point of contact for all sales-related agency activity in their respective areas, helping to ensure the high levels of service NFU Mutual customers have become accustomed to are maintained, if not strengthened.

On her appointment, Ms Lenathen, said: “I am delighted to be joining a team which has such a respected position in the market and a customer focus that is second to none in the industry. I’m excited about the opportunities there are to develop our relationship with the farming and rural community, and I am very much looking forward to meeting new and existing NFU Mutual customers across Scotland.”
