A joint top price of £1500 was achieved at Peter Turnbull's Texel dispersal from West House, Kildale.
The sale, staged at Darlington Farmers Auction Market on Monday, saw the first £1500 bid attained by a two-crop ewe, scanned in lamb with a single, which sold to H Barker and J Gibson of Appleton-le-Moors.
A gimmer carrying a pair of lambs sold for the same money to RJ and J Raine, East Woodburn.
Leading the ewe hoggs at £700 was the first in the ring, purchased by JP Floyd, Whitby.
Also forward, the reduction sale of ewes from EW Holmes, Hetherick Grange, saw trade peak at £170 for an aged Texel cross ewes carrying twins. The consignment of 128 averaged £151.61.
