East coast farmers provided the overall winners in the Farm Stock Scotland Christmas Prime Stock Competition.

Securing the award for the best clean cattle was the firm of WB Prentice and Sons, Brockholes, Grantshouse, Duns, with the trophy for the supreme cow presented to JG Skea, East Mains, Dundee.

Ruchlaw Produce, Dunbar, East Lothian, won the award for the best lambs.
