A group of 20-plus farmers, including some Scots, had an insightful tour of the Argentinean beef and sheep industry, recently, including a visit to one of the world's newest and largest markets.
Seen here at the Mercado Agroganadero complex, 60km from the Argentine capital, Buenos Airies - it replaced a historic facility, Mercado Linier, in the centre of that city - the farmers' group was given a guided tour of the facility which opened in May 2022, as part of a Field Farm Tours study tour.
