Located in the Countryside Area, the Royal Highland Show Kids Zone will have plenty of activities and entertainment to keep wee people entertained across the four days.
Circa Alba
Roll up, roll up! Circa Alba comes to you with a mix of movement and circus skills; come and try your hand at juggling, parkour, capoeira, hula hoop, flower sticks, diabolo and more.
Face painting and soft play
Let your imagination take over and be transformed into your favourite animal, character or mythical creature. A professional face painter will be ready to add that extra splash of colour to your day. There will also be glitter tattoos and unicorn hair pieces on offer.
There will be a range of soft play equipment for kids to run off some steam. Please be aware that this equipment is suitable for children aged 0 to 8
Alpacas
Come and join the beautiful Alpaca, Annie, and her young family brought to you by the family run Alpacas Trekking Centre based in Thornhill. A unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the alpacas; feed them stroke them and learn all about their unique traits and characteristics. Annie can’t wait to meet you!
