In last week's QMS article, the piece stated: “If you had it in PGRS on your Single application Form (SAF) last year, ploughed it in the backend, and put in a break crop such as kale, then it was back into grass in spring, keep it as PGRS on this year’s SAF- it doesn’t count. EFA won’t affect you.”

It should have stated: “If you had it in PGRS on your Single application Form (SAF) last year, ploughed it in the backend, and put in a break crop such as kale, then it was back into grass in spring, it must be declared as TGRS1 on this year’s SAF. The area will count as arable and create a EFA requirement if you have more than 15ha of arable land.”
