A GOOD show of Blackface sheep forward for Fintry Show, saw a cracking gimmer by a £22,000 Dalchirla, from Ewen Macmillan, Lurg, take the overall championship.
The judge, Archie MacGregor, Allanfauld, presented the championship trophy to a gimmer bred from a Lurg ewe by a £5000 Nunnerie.
Mr Macmillan also won the award for the best lamb with a tup lamb by the same £22,000 Dalchirla, but bred from a ewe by a £5500 Culdoach.
Reserve was a ewe by a £6200 from John and David Maxwell, Jaw.
