Prices peaked at 4300gns at an autumn show and sale of Salers at Dungannon, when the overall champion, Ballykeel Prince from Seamus Connell, was sold.
First in his class, junior male and reserve junior inter-breed at Balmoral Show in September, he sold to T Treanor, Warrenpoint, Newry.
Mr Connell of Ballykeel Salers, also topped the female trade at 3400gns with Ballykeel Penny, purchased by B Gallagher, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh.

Scottish breeder, Jonathan Wright of Trayboyack Salers, went to £2900 for the reserve overall champion, Lisnamaul Rita, a seven-month-old heifer calf from Stephen Maginn, Downpatrick.
averages: Three bulls, £3605; four heifers, £2992.50.
